My professional background in marketing and advertising helps tremendously in positioning clients' properties on the market in such a manner that the clients get the top dollar for their homes – it all starts with professional photographs and video tours, right property description and the most appropriate price strategy (based on evaluation of market conditions, property type and competitors' analysis). My business model is based on excellent references, repeat clients and ultimate trust. I lay the facts in front of my clients, so they understand all the nuances of the transaction and feel confident that they are making an informed decision. Since I want my clients to be happy with their choice in the long term, I go above and beyond the usual expectations from a real estate agent. I mainly specialize in residential real estate – houses, duplexes, condos (townhouses and apartments), acreages. The first step is always understanding clients' real needs. Some clients don't have a clear picture of what precisely they want and it's my job through exploring different options available on the market to get them to a point where they know exactly what they are looking for. For those who are interested in a brand new home, I bring an extensive experience of dealing with new home builders across the City of Calgary and in satellite towns. Being a real estate investor myself, I perfectly understand investor's needs and what makes a good deal for them. For starting investors, I'm always ready to share my knowledge on evaluating property potential in terms of cash flow, redevelopment and resale value.
