Born and raised in Calgary, Michael spends his free time enjoying the outdoors with friends and family. Activities include exploring the hidden gems of Alberta and British Columbia with a little hiking, biking, camping, and of course golfing.
Michael’s volunteer work and charitable support throughout the city includes among other things, The Calgary Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity, Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society (AARCS), Ronald MacDonald House, Toy Angels and First Alliance Church where Michael was an integral member of the 2016 and 2017 planning committee for the annual Show N’ Shine car show which raises money for assorted children’s charities.
