Prior to getting involved with real estate I was a professional engineer working in the oil and gas industry for 32 years. Being an engineer taught me how to be thorough, conduct relevant research, pay attention to detail, negotiate, be very responsive to the client and make sure all the important facts have been considered to ensure the right decision is made.
